LAURA STUBBERUD received her Juris Doctorate from Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California. She has been in practice since 1992 and is admitted to both the Nevada and California bars. Social Security Disability, Probate and Estate Planning are her
emphasized areas of practice as well as preparing wills, trusts, living wills, and directives for our clients.
Ms. Stubberud was formerly associated with the law firm of Crockett and Myers and was a partner in the firm of Lavelle-Stubberud & Associates. Her association with attorney Gerald M. Welt has been on-going for several years, as she has served his clients in the areas of probate and estate planning. Stubberud is now affiliated with the firm of Gerald M. Welt, Chartered as an associate member. Stubberud also has experience in commercial and residential real estate, including sales contracts, homeowners association issues and sales and leasing of real property.
